Agar-Agar (Jelly)  Powder

Agar-Agar Powder is used to make sweet, jello-like desserts or as a thickening agent in savory foods.

White and translucent, its consistency is similar to gelatin, but with no flavor (unlike gelatin's unappetizing aftertaste).

A healthy alternative to gelatin, Agar-agar is completely vegan and 80% fiber, and is rumored to be slimming because of its capacity to absorb water.
