Emping is an Indonesian cracker made with Belinjo nuts. Even President Obama says emping is enak or delicious. The combination of its subtle sweetness savory salty taste is delcious. The crisp crackers can be served as a side dish, with entrees, or as a snack. Deep fry the raw crackers in a saucepan with oil at approximately 160°C before serving. |
