SHIPPING POLICY
Regular Products
Shipping and handling start as low as $5.99. For the exact shipping amount, please refer to the shipping rate when you place the order. If the USPS rate is higher than the shipping rate quoted on your order, we may contact you for the new rate approval.

We currently ship to customers in the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.

We ship mainly by USPS Priority Mail, which may take up to 3 days to arrive, depending on how far it is from our headquarters in California to your address.


Gourmet Street Foods
The street foods are shipped by USPS Priority Mail on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Priority Mail packages generally take two to three days to arrive; this expedited shipping is necessary so the frozen foods won’t be out of the cold for too long. If you are away from your home during the day when deliveries are made, please provide your work address so that frozen foods do not end up sitting in the sun on a doorstep.

Priority Mail is usually more expensive than shipping by USPS Parcel Post (which takes longer). If you've ordered both street/frozen foods and regular foods, we may split the order and ship the regular foods separately by Parcel Post to cut down on your shipping cost.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
* Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
* We will give store credit in the form of a one-time-use coupon for the cost of the items if something is unuseable, and the shipping costs if there is a shipping mistake.
* Returns are allowed, and we will refund you the cost of the items but not the shipping costs. Refrigerated and perishable items are not returnable.
