SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and handling start as low as $5.99. For the exact shipping and/or handling amount, please refer to the shipping/handling rate when you place the order. When the UPS/USPS rate differs from the shipping/handling rate quoted on your order, we will contact you for the new rate approval.


We currently ship to customers in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we will be using US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and we will charge you the actual shipping cost from Post Office (not the shipping cost that appears in your order).


For refrigerated food, "Priority Mail" shipping is necessary to expedite delivery and prevent perishable conditions. We do not profit from shipping; it is as imposed by the USPS.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
* Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
* We will refund the cost of the items and the shipping costs if there is a shipping mistake.
* Returns are allowed and we will refund you the cost of the items, but not the shipping costs. Refrigerated and perishable items are not returnable.
