Rotary Raw Spicy Emping

Rotary Emping Melinjo Pedas. Traditional Emping Melinjo (Padi Oat/Genetum Gnemon) crackers can be served as a side dish or with main dishes such as Nasi Uduk or Soto.

Deep fry the raw crackers in a saucepan with oil at approximately 160C before serving.
